The Presentation aspect of production has become our forte over the last 10 years. Ovations has formed partnerships with several other companies across the country, ensuring that regardless of the scope of your event, or the location, we have the right equipment and the right people to handle the job.
Ovations can provide projection for standard "presentation support" (i.e. PowerPoint, slides, etc). Also, use it for video playback of pre-produced video. We ensure the proper size screens are present in the room, and have access to the brightest projectors available today.
Video reinforcement or I-MAG (image magnification) is also available, and is typically used when an audience would not be able to see the action, presenter, or content from their seats due to the distance away from the stage. Cameras are used to display larger images on screens which are appropriately sized and positioned for optimum viewing. Imagine everyone in your audience able to see what is happening on stage as if they were sitting right up front!
Complete support for smaller "breakout" meetings is also provided. Visual presentation support, a flipchart or a speakerphone, are all part of our ever changing and expanding inventory.
No matter how good your images look, nothing brings a meeting to a grinding halt faster than poor sound reinforcement. The same care is taken to pick the proper sound system for your event, and we use nothing but the best quality microphones, wired and wireless. Sound systems are sized and professionally equalized for each venue.
